Staff guide

Keep the lobby calm. Prefer timeouts over bans when someone’s new or having a bad day.

Moderation

/warnRecord a warning (always add a reason)

/kickRemove from server (they can rejoin)
/banPermanent remove — use for serious stuff
/purgeBulk-delete recent messages in a channel
/lock · /unlockStop / allow chatting in a channel

Tickets

  • Members open tickets from 🎫║support-tickets
  • Click Claim when you take a case so others know you’re on it
  • /ticket add @user if someone else needs to see the chat
  • Close when done — the channel is archived (not wiped) and a transcript goes to logs

Confessions

  • Public posts in 😶║confessions are anonymous
  • Author lives in 🔒║confession-logs (staff only) and /confess reveal number:
  • /confess block / /confess unblock for abusers
  • Never share someone’s identity from confessions in public chat

Where to look

  • Edits / deletes → 🔒║message-logs
  • Voice join/leave/move → 🔒║voice-logs
  • Bans / unbans → ban & unban log channels
  • Joins / leaves → join & leave log channels
  • Confession authors → 🔒║confession-logs
Always leave a clear reason on warns, timeouts, kicks, and bans. Future staff (and you) will need it.
